Welcome to the Girls Club

A safe place for women creatives to connect, network and support each other.

About Us

The old boys’ network has more than a century's head-start. Welcome to the GIRLS CLUB - a community for women creatives, culture-changers and story-tellers to connect, create, network, advocate, support and redefine entertainment. Together, we will build a new future, imagine a new industry, and tell new stories where every woman’s voice matters.

The GIRLS CLUB. A movement to call our own.

Testimonials

Dani: "I love being a member of the Girls Club. We're a close-knit community and whether you need help with blocking, sound design or writing a script with multiple timelines, there are always fellow members willing to share their experiences and/or expertise.”

Alexandra Hidalgo: "The Girls Club is the most supportive, creative, and positive group I've ever been part of. It is a gathering of women and non-binary artists who come together to help each other and to figure out how to tell stories that come from our hearts and our lives in ways that will touch audiences when they get made and thanks to this group's networking and unstoppable optimism, they will get made."

Mary Elder: "The vibe in the Girls Club is can-do. It's 'why wait?' It's 'why not me?' It's 'how can I help?' It's 'hey, I could use some help!' It's 'you're okay, we've got your back.'"

Sienna Beckman: "The Girls Club is exactly what the entertainment industry needs: solidarity, encouragement, tangible resources, a no-dumb-questions environment, and a huge variety of events, talks and panels that aim to build up the skills and strengths of womxn from all different backgrounds."

Sheena Lambert: "Having the opportunity to connect with women working in all areas of the business has been invaluable, particularly in the past few, strange, Covid years. Through the Girls Club, I've (virtually) met wonderful, talented and supportive women - professionals I now regard as friends. I've found the Girls Club to be a wonderfully safe space in this tricky industry, full of women lifting other women up through knowledge sharing and graciously supportive encouragement.”
